Mr Lau, you said that you would show us a apparatus that could measure friction better than a spring balance after submitting our revised proposal , however i still havent submitted it, so i'll the the "special item" as spring balance for the moment ?
Thank you for your new proposal. If I recall correctly, I will give you the cool gadget only if you clear the proposal. As for this one, why are you measuring the friction by measuring the time it takes an object to be dragged across? In other words, why are you measuring friction indirectly? Can it be measured directly instead?
